  • What can I expect to see in this program?

    By the end of this program, you will have gained a tremendous amount of progress towards your goals. After signing up, we will work closely one-on-one to review your goals. Once the goals are clear and your coach is confident that we can achieve them in this time-frame, we will design a tailored program, customized to your specific goals, time schedule, lifestyle and work-ethic.

    Your program may include weight-training routines, custom diets, cardio routines, meal plans, supplementation and much more. Video/Audio calls are scheduled once a week in order to review your progress, make necessary changes and discuss any success/challenges faced during the week.

    • 16 weekly calls to review your progress, answer questions & make necessary changes as needed
    • Exclusive access to your coach by email/phone, for any questions/concerns during the week
    • Beginner, intermediate & advanced training routines available, based on client experience

    This program is designed to manifest results in the most efficient way possible. Results ARE guaranteed! With that said, hiring an online coach does not mean you will reach your goals, unless you are willing to work for it. Your coach will give you all the necessary tools and knowledge you need to get to your destination, but the hard work of getting there is completely up to you.     Where do I start?

    The best place to start is to sign-up through our online registration form. Soon after, we will contact you by your preferred contact method (phone or email) to schedule your evaluation call. We will use the information gathered on the form and during the call, in combination with your specific goals and time schedule to design your program. We'll review the game-plan on our first call and go from there.
