    What can I expect by the end of my program?

    By the end of this program, you'll be very impressed at how far you've come in your fitness journey. Your whole mindset will have changed. You now depend more on your routine day-to-day discipline instead of constantly being on the hunt for temporary sources of motivation. Looking back, you'll notice many seemingly impossible movements at first are now part of your warm-up. You will be able to perform many advanced exercises with precise form and technique. You'll also have a clear understanding about the basics of nutrition in relation with weight-loss/gain, supplements, how to promote muscle growth, correct posture and how to improve overall body composition.     Where do I start?

    The best place to start is to sign-up through our online registration form. Soon after, we will contact you by your preferred contact method (phone or email) to schedule your evaluation session. We will use the information gathered on the form and during the evaluation session, in combination with your specific goals and time schedule to design your program. We'll review the game-plan on our first session and go from there.
