A four-week one on one program designed as an introduction to fitness. Working together, we will establish SMART goals and embark on your own personalized fitness journey. Hourly sessions are held twice per week, with the ability to book sessions in advance.
What can I expect by the end of my program?
By the end of this program, you'll have a clear understanding of key components that are necessary to start and continue your fitness journey. You'll feel noticeably stronger and see your body begin its transformation. The gym will no longer feel intimidating and you will gain an overall understanding of what it will take to transform your body
Are my results guaranteed?
This program is designed to manifest results in the most efficient way possible. Results are guaranteed! With that said, hard work is always a requirement to create change. If it were easy, everyone would do it! Be prepared to work hard and execute instructions given by your trainer to the best of your abilities. Trust the process and the results will come!
Where do I start?
The best place to start is to sign-up through our online registration form. Soon after, we will contact you by your preferred contact method (phone or email) to schedule your evaluation session. We will use the information gathered on the form and during the evaluation session, in combination with your specific goals and time schedule to design your program. We'll review the game-plan on our first session and go from there.
